Join us for this 1-hour session that expands consciousness, reprograms the subconscious, and has been scientifically proven to improve your health. SOMA Breath Instructor, Lindsey DiBlasi, will lead you on an ancient ritual to a healthy inspiring hour of movement and breathwork. This session brings you to heightened states of consciousness, joy, energy, and connection. Each breath will take you closer to a true sense of self love as you connect with your soul in this ancient practice of Pranayama. Sessions begin with a 3-minute movement practice to release tension from the body and balance the brain, before diving into breathwork that combines rhythmic breathing and ancient forms of Kumbhaka Pranayama (breath retention). Benefits of practicing breathwork: releases tension from the body, boosts the mind, trains oxygen efficiency, concentration, and meditation, stimulates neurogenesis and "brain change," and more.
