Join us for our second summer session of FREE PARK YOGA! This time we are enjoying a relaxing and mindful Yin practice together. We have exclusively done Vinyasa classes at the park up until now, so we are super excited to show you a different style of class we offer! Bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on, wear comfortable clothes, and bring any other props that you enjoy practicing with.
We will be on the side of the park directly off of Columbia Center Blvd next to the playground. Look for our sign! This is a FREE event, so bring your friends and spread the word. It will be an hour long yoga class, all levels welcome. Sign ups at site welcome, no need to pre-register. See you there!
