You'll begin the class by whipping up pasta dough from scratch with flour, eggs and olive oil. Master the technique to knead the dough, roll it out into sheets and cut it into fettuccine noodles. As the pasta boils, combine butter, cream and Parmesan cheese into a creamy Alfredo sauce seasoned with garlic and parsley.
