Hope Portal Class

These times make it hard to hang on to hope, and yet hope is what we need to navigate these challenging times. Join Rev. Dana for a special 7-week conversation as we explore the “Hope Portal” as part of On Being, with Krista Tippett. Each week, we will listen to a brief presentation by a famous poet, writer, or visionary, write or explore the questions they pose, and discuss our reflections the following week. Presenters include: Krista Tippett, Naomi Shihab Nye, adrienne maree brown, Ocean Vuong, Joanna Macy, Joy Harjo, and Ross Gay.

Rev. Dana is offering weekly hour-long conversations at two different times on Tuesdays—11:30 AM to 12:30 PM or 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Choose one. You can attend in person or on Zoom. And you are also welcome to go over the materials but not participate in the discussions. Classes will be Tuesdays, July 8 through August 19.
