Each month we present and practice a different meditation style or technique, giving you a variety of options to experience the benefits of meditation. July features the practice of Metta, or loving kindness meditation. This guided practice is a profound way to promote compassion for self and others, expanding a sense of true human community. It requires only the ability to listen, making it an excellent choice for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
