It's all come down to this... Next month we're delighted to once again hold our Grand Slam Final with EIBF!
Since last November we've travelled across Scotland and England holding regional slam heats to find the best local spoken word poetry, and we've been blown away by the talent and diversity of every scene we've visited. We've crowned 9 regional champions so far, and after our Inverness heat this Saturday, we'll have all of our fantastic finalists. On 9th August, they'll come from far and wide to share a stage at the EIBF and compete for the title of Loud Poets 2025 Slam Champion and our grand prize of £3,000!
This promises to be a stellar showcase of the rude health of contemporary spoken word poetry, featuring last year's Champion EmmaClaire Brightlyn as sacrificial poet!
Each of the past two years we've run this event it's sold out in advance, so please book early to avoid disappointment!
