Our last class before we take a summer break will be a two-hour Shim Sham special.

We'll be teaching Frankie Manning's version of the Shim Sham – a classic routine danced by Lindy Hoppers all around the world.

St Francis Centre - Assisi Room

7pm–9pm
Doors: 10 minutes beforehand
No need to book - pay contactless or cash on the door
£12 (£9 student)

Frankie Manning (1914–2009) was one of the original founders of Lindy Hop. He created this classic Shim Sham for Swing dancers, based on a tap-dance routine choreographed by Leonard Reed and Willie Bryant in 1928.

Frankie strongly believed that Lindy Hop should be shared, and so we'd love you to come and enjoy this dance with us.
Everyone welcome!
