Into Freedom Dance Journey through the Chakras

I’m so excited to offer this incredible opportunity to dance, stretch, flow, and relax in beautiful Bali this September! This retreat is designed to help you connect with your true self, release the old, and make space for more freedom and joy in your life. We will be immersed in magical tropical beauty , wonderful music, and delicious nourishing food , with plenty of time to relax by the pool, receive a spa treatment, or just gaze at the ocean. Our Dance Journey will be held in the gorgeous yoga Shala in the garden,where we will be able to deep dive into the different frequencies and rhythms of the music, move into our own body wisdom. Each session flows into deep stillness and relaxation to integrate and reset.
It’s a powerful way to come closer to yourself and who you want to be , to let more light into your life. And it’s fun😊.
