This is a free, hands-on cooking experience, and we encourage participants to bring their own takeaway containers to share the food with their whānau.

• Fried Fish with Tomato Sauce (Cá chiên sốt cà) – Crispy fried fish coated in a rich, tangy tomato sauce, balancing savoury and slightly sweet flavours.

• Cabbage Soup (Canh bắp cải) – A light and comforting soup made with tender cabbage, simmered in a delicate broth for a refreshing taste.

• Egg Salad (Salad trứng) – A simple yet nutritious salad featuring boiled eggs, fresh vegetables, and a light dressing for a refreshing side dish.
