Throwing is planned to begin at 9:00 AM and depending on the number of athletes, you should expect at least 7 events to be contested so as to conserve time. This event is followed by a cookout and a pool party, so bring your swim suit.

Bring your own lunch and snacks during the day. Side dishes are welcome for the after competition cookout. Burgers, hotdogs, bratwurst and chicken to be provided for cookout.
