AMC S.E. Division office Reunion 2025

We are getting closer to the date of event 8/2/25 so we really NEED to get idea of how many are coming & what you can do to help with items.
We were able to get hot dogs donated. We don't have resources we used to have. LOL.
We are asking those attending to help with other items (maybe you know vendors to donate?
THINGS WE NEED: (work in progress as of 7/5)
Buns, condiments, paper goods, silverware, napkins.
Charcoal/ lighter fluid

Please bring covered dish to share, Drinks for your party. Bring yard games, chairs, cards, kids, (wheelchairs/ walkers-LOL
BYOB (remember it's a county park- no alcohol). Anyone have corn hole boards/bags, Bocce ball, crochet? Please bring & advise us.
It's been 25 years since the SE office closed, last reunion was 2009 for our AMC family.
Your suggestions or resources for items are welcomed. Please invite those that may not be on this group & encourage them to join so we don't miss anyone.
