Celebrate all things hops!
Follow the journey of hops, one of NY State’s original cash crops, from field to brewery to pint glass. Tour of one of the only working 19th-century breweries in the United States, help our costumed interpreters harvest fresh hops from the Hop Yard, stop in historic kitchens to smell 19th-century food recipes cooking with ale and yeast, and enjoy live music, food, beer tastings from local breweries and cideries, and taste GCV&M’s 19th-century craft beers!
Visitors must be 21+ in order to consume alcohol.
