Originaire de Naarm/Melbourne, Gut Health est un sextet qui bouscule les frontières entre dance-punk, no wave et noise chaotique. Depuis ses débuts en 2022, le groupe s’impose avec des morceaux hypnotiques, portés par une rythmique incisive et une énergie cathartique. Après un premier EP remarqué, ils dévoilent en 2024 leur premier album Stiletto, un concentré de tension, de groove et de liberté sonore. Sur scène, Gut Health a déjà partagé l’affiche avec Primal Scream et Hiatus Kaiyote, et s’est illustré à SXSW Sydney et The Great Escape.

Gut Health is een zeskoppige band uit Melbourne die sinds hun oprichting in 2022 de grenzen tussen dance-punk, no-wave en noise doet vervagen.
Op debuutalbum ‘Stiletto’, dat eind 2024 verscheen, wisselen ontregelende coupletten vol (consensuele) woede zich af met dansbare ritmes, en weet de band op een aanstekelijke manier up-tempo nummers, hypnotiserende gelukzaligheid en chaotisch lawaai te balanceren.
