Exploration Days - Indigenous Beading

Get ready to be creative and learn something special! Join Indigenous artist Judi Montgomery on August 15 at the Bath Museum for a fun and colourful beading workshop. In this hands-on activity, Judi will show you how to make beautiful designs using tiny beads — just like the ones used in traditional Indigenous art. You'll learn where the designs come from, what the colours mean, and how to create your very own beaded piece to take home. It’s a great way to explore art, learn about Indigenous culture, and make something amazing with your hands!

Come explore with us on Friday mornings from 10am to 12pm at the Bath Museum! Our Exploration Day series offers a new learning opportunity linked to our local history weekly throughout July and August.
