Somatic Yoga Retreat in Devon, UK

Pausing is a doorway in our usual experience of life and its linear timings. It’s a home coming.
Slowing down and pausing in our narrative allows us to open and enter a moment in time, through which we can gain access to parts of ourselves and ways of being that otherwise remain unnoticed.

So we temporarily retreat from our daily life and its commitments.
We stretch the pause to this 4 day/3 night moment in time to intentionally slow down,
to just be… breathe more… to shake off, sweat, release, laugh, rest, listen and connect…

You will be assisted by attunely woven practices of Yoga, Breath work, Meditation, Somatic explorations, Trauma Release Exercises, Massage, nourishing vegan food and many enriching moments of connecting with others while on the walks, in the pool or the sauna.

Sometimes it takes just a few timeless days in a beautiful place nearby to re- member the simple and profound pleasure and privilege of being alive.
