We’ll begin by settling in, sharing a little about ourselves, and gently opening the space. A heart-opening cacao ceremony followed by a crystal bowl sound bath will help us drop into a deeper state of connection.☕️🌹✨
You’ll then receive your Reiki 1 attunement—a powerful yet gentle energetic shift that opens you to Reiki energy.🌀
We’ll explore the Reiki hand positions, practice on ourselves and each other. This helps to understand the aura and the flow of energy around and within us.🙌✨
So expect a day of gentle awakening, connection, and subtle shifts.💫
✨ Day 2 – Deepening the Magic
We’ll ease into the day by revisiting the Reiki hand positions and building your confidence. Then, we’ll expand—offering Reiki to my three dogs, to plants, trees, and crystals. Everything is energy, and we’ll explore how to connect with it in a grounded, heart-led way.💚✨
We’ll use aromatherapy oils to deepen our awareness and heighten the senses. Later, we’ll take a gentle wander outside in nature, tuning into the energies of the land, the trees, and the elements, letting nature show us the way.🌹
