Okay deep breath… here goes �
I’m throwing the biggest (and scariest!) event of my life on Saturday 4th October… and I’d love your support.
This is the official launch night for Tiny Tools for Big Feelings CIC — the not-for-profit I’ve set up to support children with anxiety, care leavers, neurodivergent young people, and families like mine who’ve struggled to get help when we needed it most.
It’s about early mental health support — real tools, real people, no waiting lists. And every penny we raise will go directly into free anxiety coaching sessions for people in our own communities.
I won’t lie — I feel like I’m throwing an 18th and praying someone shows up � But I know the people in my life are amazing. And if we can pull together, we can make this night something special and help change lives while we’re at it.
