Sensory Friendly Mass

The sensory friendly Mass is specifically designed to accommodate individuals with sensory sensitivities, such as those on the autism spectrum or with other sensory processing disorders. During a sensory-friendly Mass, adjustments are made to the environment to minimize sensory stimuli, including dimmed lights, reduced noise levels, and incense will not be used. These modifications help individuals of all abilities to fully participate in the Mass without feeling overwhelmed or overstimulated.
