A sweat lodge is a traditional Native American ceremony designed for purification, spiritual renewal, and connection to nature. Participants enter a dome-shaped structure made from natural materials, where they undergo a series of ritual sweats facilitated by pouring water on hot stones, producing steam and heat. AS well as singing sacred songs. The purpose of the practice is to encourage health and well-being by excreting toxins and negative energy through sweating. It is a process of rebirth.

What to bring
A costume, towel, water bottle and warm clothes for after.

......................

Please note there is an Ayahuasca ceremony the night before. Some participants will be doing both as a healing program.

Please join this temporary WhatsApp group if you are thinking of joining us.
