The Share Shop | Annual General Meeting

Yep - it’s that time of the year again! 👏

Join The Share Shop crew as we discuss the year that was and assemble our team for what lies ahead.

After a massive year, now is an exciting time to help move our Library of Things forward. We welcome the Newy community to come and get involved.

The meeting will be held:
⌚️12:15pm on 9 August 2025
🏠 at Pachamama House (upstairs in the common room)
🗺️ 21 Gordon Avenue, Hamilton

At this meeting, the president’s report will be presented, along with the financial report, and the election of office bearers.

A regular committee meeting will then follow where we’ll discuss the future of The Share Shop and determine other key roles for the year ahead.

And yes: there will be snacks to share! 🍪🍇🥯

Please come along if you’re looking for a meaningful volunteer opportunity and to stretch your skills in leadership, social media, marketing and events, inventory management and logistics, or if you just have some fun ideas you want to share and try out to help folks OWN LESS & LIVE MORE. 💚
