Fun, relaxed and healing postnatal yoga classes for mums babies from 6weeks to crawling. Postnatal yoga can help rebuild core and pelvic floor strength, release and relieve shoulder and back pain and release repetitive aches and pains from feeding and carrying.
Interactive yoga for babies is effective in easing colic and windy tums, developing co-ordination and strength for sitting and crawling, supporting development and building trust between infants and parents. Above all its a great space to meet other parents and have fun with your little ones.
Babies are able to feed and be changed throughout class.
Classes can be booked for term, 5week block or drop-in
