Bodhisattva Vow and Teachings

Lama Kathy Wesley will be at Ann Arbor KTC July 11-13 offering the Bodhisattva vow and related teachings. All weekend programs will be available both in person and on zoom except for the vow itself, which is only offered in person.
The Bodhisattva vow ceremony marks the beginning of a dharma student’s training in both aspiration bodhicitta--the wish to free all beings from the suffering of the world--and action bodhicitta, which involves the practice of the six perfections: generosity, ethics, patience, diligence, meditation, and wisdom.
Friday evening is a free, standalone public talk at 7pm on The Roots of Compassion. You are welcome to come for just this one program or as many as you would like.
