Support the Isaac Knapp Dental Education Foundation at our annual golf outing at the Chestnut Hills Golf Club.
All proceeds from sponsorships and registrations will benefit Dental Education Programs and Dental Scholarships in
Northeast Indiana.
Check-in will begin at 10:30 am. Cheeseburgers, chips, and cookies will be provided beginning at 11:00 am for a Grab & Go Lunch Buffet. Shotgun start is 12:00 noon.
