This class sequence begins with stress-releasing shapes and movements and builds up to balancing and strength building poses. Class is bookended with stretches.

ALL-LEVELS:
Suitable for beginners.
A water bottle is recommended.
Allow ten minutes for parking, and plan to arrive 5 - 10 minutes before the start of class.

CANCELATION POLICY:
At least 4 hours notice is required for cancellations. A late cancellation fee will be applied to cancelations outside the 4-hour window.
