2025 MVC Scout Leadership Dinner

This year, the Muskingum Valley Council is thrilled to host our largest fundraising event—the Scout Leadership Dinner—an evening dedicated to celebrating and supporting the future leaders of America through today's community leaders. Our keynote speaker is Kenneth J. David, an Eagle Scout from Girard, Ohio, received the Medal of Honor on January 3, 2025, for heroic actions during the Vietnam War. On May 7, 1970, while serving with the 101st Airborne, he repeatedly exposed himself to enemy fire to protect wounded comrades and support medevac efforts, despite being wounded himself. His valor reflects great credit on himself, his unit, and the U.S. Army
