Celebration of Life for Matt VanDerPloeg

Please join us to celebrate the life of Matt VanDerPloeg at Heritage Church on September 27, 2025. The remembrance ceremony will begin at 11am.
Although this loss weighs heavy on our hearts, Matt brought a tremendous amount of light and joy to those he loved. Gathering together, we will celebrate and honor the kind, loving, compassionate, and comical person we all know and love.
