July is when we celebrate summer, Independence Day and American Pride.... Join us Saturday July 19 from 10am to 4pm at the Hudson Valley SPCA in New Windsor. Bring the family and shop all the vendors and artisans that are supporting the shelter on this day. There is literally something for everyone!
