Is a day workshop for womben, dedicated to natural birth control / fertility regulation. A space where natural Wombanhood and body authority are honoured and celebrated.
Throughout our time together we will uncover and move through the herstory of female seasonal cyclic nature. And share stories of experiences and wisdom.
We will dive into the importance of these methods of natural birth regulation, and how to embody and navigate them in everyday life.
And we will look into Wild Carrot seeds as a natural remedy for birth control, and I'll give a break down of how to use it right and well.

Where:
Yoga Amager, Ebertsgade 2, 2300 Kรธbenhavn
Bring your own lunch and wear comfortable clothing to move in. Tea/coffee and snacks are provided.
