Join us for Aromatherapy Meditation Yin/Restorative yoga experience at the picturesque Christopher Jacobs Winery in Pine Bush! Gentle stretching, calming visualization and simple breath work with the added benefits of essential oils in a beautiful setting. All levels, ages and bodies. Come as you are! Relax and unwind at the end of the week.

After the mini-workshop ( at additional cost) you can do an amazing CJW wine tasting flight, healthy smoothie, or local NYS craft cocktail or mocktail. PBF food truck will also be there on Fridays too!
