SHOWROOOM TIMES-
Showroom will open Saturday morning at 6:30 AM Central time.

Judging will start PROMPTLY at 8:30 AM Central Time.

Early check-in and setup times for exhibitors will be available on Friday evening starting at 4:00pm until 7:00pm Central Time. Only show staff or those helping with the set up will be permitted to unload before 4:00pm.

If your breed is not listed and you want to donate the sanction, please contact the Show Secretary NO LATER than July 16, 2025 Thank you to all those who have donated breed sanctions!

This is an ARBA sanctioned show; any officially recognized breed of rabbit may be shown and is eligible to earn legs regardless of being listed as sanctioned or not by their national breed club for earning of points from them. Any breeds showing 10 or more at this show will be automatically sanctioned for the MCRBA Labor Day weekend show next year. Please contact the Show Secretary directly for more information or clarification on this.

Best in Show (BIS) and Reserve in Show (RIS).
Best of Breed (BOB) and Best Opposite Sex (BOS) for sanctioned breeds showing 10 or more in the Open Shows.
Any breeds showing 10 or more in the Youth Show will receive ribbons.

Youth are allowed and encouraged to enter in the Open C show in addition to the Youth A and B Shows.

ENTRY FEE INFORMATION -
Entry due date/cost: Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at 11:00pm Central time - $4.00 (ONLY) each per show. AFTER 11PM WILL BE CHARGED LATE FEE !

Late entry deadline/cost: Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at 10:00pm Central time - $5.00 (ONLY) each per show.

Fur entry date/cost: $2.00 each per show (deadlines above all apply)

Day of show entries/cost: Saturday, August 30, 2025 from 6:30-7:30am Central time - $6.00 each per show

NO ENTRIES ARE ACCEPTED ON THURSDAY OR FRIDAY (8/28 and 8/29)
MUST ENTER DAY OF SHOW AT COST LISTED.

ANY CHANGES ON DAY OF SHOW OTHER THAN EAR #, WILL BE $1.00 EACH RABBIT AND SHOW AND MUST BE SUBMITTED TO SHOW SECRETARY BY 7:30AM

NO CHANGES ARE ALLOWED AT THE JUDGING TABLE

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON ANY ENTRIES SUBMITTED THEN SCRATCHED

Entry fees may be paid on Friday evening during early check in or Saturday morning from 6:30-7:30am.

ALL EXHIBITORS MUST BE CHECKED IN, ENTRIES VERIFIED AND ANY CHANGES MADE BY 7:30AM SATURDAY.

Payment must be either by CASH or CHECK only.

NO debit/credit cards or electronic payments (PayPal, Venmo, etc.) are accepted.

If paying by cash the exact amount owed is appreciated but not required. If paying by check, it can only be accepted if written for the exact amount owed for entries and dated for the day of show. Make all checks payable to MCRBA.

Attention all exhibitors - please read the following completely.
For any returned checks, there will be a $50.00 fee added in addition to the amount the check was written for. Should you enter and not attend the show, you will be promptly billed for your entry fees plus any reasonable expenses incurred to inform and collect from you. Remember that your correspondence with the Show Secretary (either verbally, electronic or mailed in) with any show entries is a commitment between you and the MCRBA and these entry fees are due regardless of your attendance. Anyone who have this action taken against them will not be allowed to enter any shows in the future presented by the MCRBA until the amount due is paid in full. The MCRBA also has the right to require and only accept in person day of the show entries (at the cost listed for such) from the exhibitor for any future shows held regardless of their efforts to reconcile the debts owed and or personal history with the MCRBA. Exceptions may be made for emergency or illness, please let Show Secretary know ASAP.

FOOD VENDOR-
Jubliee Concessions
A locally owned, well known food truck from Murfreesboro, Tennessee; will be available starting at 7:00am for breakfast items until sold out and after 10:30am for lunch food items. Soft drinks will be available through the vendor only; coffee will be available from the MCRBA.

Raffle table and picture booth -
We will have official Music City Rabbit Breeders Association tee shirts available for sale. Price will be $15 each with a size range of S- 3XL.

A raffle table will be set up and will draw tickets after lunchtime. Quality new or clean, gently used items are always appreciated for donation. Please note that if you donate a rabbit, make sure to have a pedigree if have one or state it is pet quality.

We will also have a separate table set up for self-made pictures, so you can take photos of your winning rabbits and awards won throughout the day of the show to keep as a memory of attending. There is not any charge for the use of the table for self-made pictures of your rabbits.


MOTEL and RV SITES INFORMATION -
Paved RV sites close to venue are available with water, 15/30/50 amp electric services and access to a dump station; cost is $25.00 per night.

There is NOT a host motel for this show but below are the ones recommended to stay at for your overall comfort, safety and accessibility to the show site.

DIRECTIONS -

From Interstate 24 (East or West): Take Exit 81A/B onto S. Church St. to 1st light and turn right onto S. Rutherford Blvd. Go 5.20 miles and turn left onto Greenland Drive. Go ½ mile and building is on left, there will be signs.

From Knoxville: Take I-40 west to Exit 238. Turn left on US 231 and go 24 miles and turn left onto East Clark Blvd (TN Hwy 96). Go less than a mile and turn left onto Greenland Drive. Go ½ mile and building is on right, there will be signs.


OFFICIAL SHOW RULES - (in addition to any stated above) -
1. The shows are governed by the official ARBA Show Rules and filing an entry indicates acceptance of those rules.
2. All changes must go thru the Show Secretary prior to judging the breed. No changes are allowed at the judging table. Unauthorized changes/additions will be ignored during the after show paperwork.
3. Entry fees must be paid prior to the start of the show. After paying, there will be no refunds on entries for any reason.
4. Check in will be from 6:30-7:30am Central time on day of show.
5. This is a no judging remark card show.
6. The Show Superintendent reserves the right to refuse any entry.
7. The Show Superintendent determines the judging order and reserves the right to reassign a judge as needed.
8. All carrying cages must be leak proof.
9. All rabbits must have a permanent and legible tattoo in the left ear in order to be entered into show.
10. Only exhibitors entered in the show can sell rabbits in the showroom. Rabbits entered in the show and then sold must be shown in the name originally entered, or scratched.
11. Youth exhibitors are responsible for getting their entries to the appropriate table.
12. The club reserves the right to refuse any entries from all locations within 150 miles of a confirmed outbreak of RCD/RHD/VHD within 60 days of the entry deadline.
13. Parents are responsible for the actions of their children and for any damage done by them.
14. All reasonable care will be taken to provide a safe show; however, each exhibitor is ultimately responsible for all personal property to include their animals.
