3-day retreat integrated with an optional 1-day Silence Sweatlodge on the 4th day.
About the retreat :
📅 Date : Wednesday, 27 August 11.00 till Friday, 29 August 18.00
📍 Location : MaHaR Ashram, above MaHaRa, Zutphen
This is an urban setting and thus there will be an opportunity to go deeper into the meditation in a city environmment, which is more challenging.
The retreat will conclude with a Silence Sweatlodge Ceremony in Nature to bring in more depth into this purification process.
About the lodge :
📅 Date : Saturday 30 August 9.00 to 21.00
📍 Location : Schapedijk 7 Veldhoek
Participation in the sweatlodge is optional and can also be independent from the retreat. Meaning, one can choose to 1) attend only the retreat, 2) attend both the retreat and Sweatlodge or 3) attend only the Sweatlodge.
