Duke of George presents
Sounds of the Songwriters
Following the success of Songbirds, now in its fourth year, we’re excited to present a companion show: "Sounds of the Songwriters" — celebrating the iconic male voices that shaped a generation.
From the soul-stirring ballads of James Taylor and Paul Simon, to the timeless anthems of The Beatles and Elton John, Sounds of the Songwriters honours the golden era of songwriting with heartfelt performances and rich harmonies.
Featuring the same award winning band of Lucky Oceans, Ben Vanderwal, Karl Florisson, Harry Mitchell and Helen Shanahan on vocals. Designed as a direct counterpart to Songbirds, this show offers audiences a nostalgic and powerful musical experience, highlighting the artistry of male singer-songwriters who defined—and continue to inspire—the craft.
