🌹For better experience, I encourage everyone to fast atleast 12 hrs.
No meat, dairy, alcohol, cigarettes
🌹If fasting is not feasible due to certain conditions, please come not on a full stomach nor an empty one.
🌹I encourage you to bring paper and writing material
