CELEBRATE HOPE benefit Contra Dance by Virginia Varland and Afton Crossing

Bring summer cheer and lots of pink and purple (purple is Renee’s favorite color). Let’s flood the dance floor with hope for Renee's uphill battle with cancer. Renee's daughters, Madison and Briannna, were kidnapped 18 months ago, after which her health spiraled downward. Renee was diagnosed with a rare breast cancer, which spread rapidly. On this very special summer evening, we will dance for hope that Madison & Brianna will come home, and Renee’s health restored. Enjoy some AWESOME Appalachian music by Jim Harrington & Rya Martin! We love beginner dancers! Fun training by Virginia Varland will make you smile a lot and feel like a kid again. Donations (suggested $25) will go to Renee Merrell.
