Cardio drumming is a fun and low-impact fitness class that combines drumming with aerobic exercise. Participants use drumsticks to hit an exercise ball inside a bucket, following the rhythm of the music while incorporating movements. Itβs a whole-body workout for all ages and fitness levels, even while sitting in a chair. Class sizes are limited to 20 participants, so sign up for one class only. REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
