Drop in Volunteer opportunity for individuals OR groups! (If bringing a group, let us know ahead of time so we can have special projects lined up! cGFya3MgfCBvc2h0ZW1vICEgb3Jn )

Each month we work to clear trails at one of the four Oshtemo parks. July's park is the Drake Farmstead Park, on Drake road between West Main and Croyden.

A historic property (and former home of the Drake road namesake) we'll be working to cut back overgrowth and invasive species along the trails to make hiking around easier.

Two work dates are on the calendar for this park:
Friday August 8 from 10:00am - 12:00pm
Friday August 22 from 10:00am - 12:00pm
And then we move to our next park!

It's a great opportunity to meet other people, and participants often come away with expanded knowledge from the conversations with their new friends! A small amount of cutting tools are available to borrow, but feel free to bring your own. And feel free to bring a lunch, too. It's nice to stay after and chat.

See you at the pavilion at 10:00am!
