The journey to helping others to heal is first and foremost to heal yourself (and to keep on doing that work). Learn level 1 of Reiki with me in a small group, and you'll gain a valuable tool for doing just that. You'll also align more with your soul, encouraging spiritual wisdom and gifts to blossom.

Taught in three two hour sessions over three days: Friday 1st August to Sunday 3rd August, 2pm to 4pm each day.
