Whether you're prepping for the MALC Tryathlon or just want to mix up your training, this is your chance to level up your fitness game.

Saturday 5th July | 8:15am – 9:30am (Indoor Training)
Saturday 2nd August | 8:15am – 9:30am (Indoor Training)
Saturday 6th September | 8:15am – 9:30am (Outdoor Training)

🚨 Please note: Crèche will not be available for the 6th September session due to outdoor location and legislative requirements.

Participants are encouraged to stay for the entire 75-minute session, full participation = full impact! πŸ’₯
