Soul Nurture invite you to a unique and deeply nourishing healing experience, held under the pergola in the beautiful, tranquil Water Gardens at Upwey Wishing Well β a setting where nature holds and supports every breath, every sound, every moment of release.
This intimate session combines three gentle yet powerful healing practices:
Guided Meditation β’ Soundbath β’ Reiki Healing
π§ββοΈ What to Expect:
We will begin with a calming guided meditation to help you settle, breathe, and connect inward β grounding your energy and preparing your body to receive.
Youβll then be immersed in a Soundbath using a blend of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. These healing vibrations flow through your entire system, helping to calm the mind, release emotional tension, and balance your energy field.
While you're resting in this soundscape, each participant will receive a mini Reiki healing session, with gentle hands on energy work focused on the third eye and crown chakras.
This enhances spiritual clarity, opens intuitive insight, and amplifies your overall experience β allowing for a deeper state of rest and inner alignment.
