Musical Presentation, Part II: "KabuMerikanus - the Sum of US"

Candida Rose Baptista will be sharing a Part II presentation of “KabuMerikanus – The Sum of US” during this final stop on her New Bedford Tour: July 24th, at the Underground Railroad Café & Gallery! In Part II, Candida will explore the “Songs, Sounds, and Rhythms” of Cabo Verdean music, using examples from historic New Bedford-based artists to demonstrate the diversity of genres that make up the Cabo Verdean soundscape.
