Every Wednesday from the 16 July 6:30 pm until 9pm. For 6 weeks.
Who is it for?
β Men with no yoga experience, little experience or just starting.
β Men who want to perfect their practice.
β Men looking at improving health habits, flexibility, relationships, sleep, concentration & focus.
Itβs ok if you guys miss a session, however you still need to book for the entire program.
