Hi men, join us to continue your journey or to start your journey with Yoga and other powerful mindfulness practices.

βœ… Enhance sexual function.

6 x 2.5 hour classes, they include: Yoga Practice, Meditation, Breathwork, Sound Journey & Chanting, Sharing Circle, Connection & Community.


Every Wednesday from the 16 July 6:30 pm until 9pm. For 6 weeks.

Who is it for?

βœ… Men with no yoga experience, little experience or just starting.
βœ… Men who want to perfect their practice.
βœ… Men looking at improving health habits, flexibility, relationships, sleep, concentration & focus.



It’s ok if you guys miss a session, however you still need to book for the entire program.
