Restore your strength, resilience, and inner safety in this gentle, evidence-based Yoga Therapy program designed for those recovering from trauma, childhood trauma & stress.
Course Overview:
This specialised Yoga Therapy program offers gentle, guided support through:
✔️Therapeutic movement & postures
✔️Breathwork & meditation
✔️Somatic therapy and nervous system regulation tools
✔️Applied Polyvagal Theory
✔️Compassionate Inquiry (Gabor Maté's approach)
✔️Yogic philosophy and trauma-informed neuroscience
Each class is carefully structured to help move participants out of states of hyperarousal or dissociation and gently back into connection—with body, breath, and life.
What to Expect
Small group. Limited spaces.
No group sharing. No physical assists.
Everyone stays on their own mat, in their own space.
Minimalist, low-stimulation environment (no music or scents).
Movement is optional—rest is always welcome.

About your Facilitator
Lucinda is a counsellor and experienced group facilitator with over two decades of experience supporting people through trauma, anxiety, and addiction. She has trained with Dr. Gabor Maté and integrates his Compassionate Inquiry approach throughout her therapeutic work.
Lucinda facilitates private sessions and leads small group programs in Yoga Therapy and Somatic Therapy, offering safe, embodied spaces for real change. She is also a KRI accredited trainer and teacher of Kundalini Yoga, bringing a deeply informed, trauma-sensitive approach to all her offerings.
