Mansfield, Ohio - Richland County Fairgrounds, 750 Home Road N. for the "Heart of the City" Cruise-In. Registration from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM; show hours 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Open to all makes, models and years. Fee is $15.00.
