Burnout is real — especially when you’re trying to do everything right. Whether it’s work, study, or serving others, you want to show up fully… but sometimes, that fire turns to fatigue.

So how do we stay inspired, without running on empty?

The Loft is hosting a very special one-off session with Dr. Edith Best (Urmila Devi Dasi) — an international educator, author, and speaker with over 40 years of experience in education leadership. She visits New Zealand only occasionally, and it’s been several years since she last spoke at The Loft — making this a rare and meaningful opportunity you won’t want to miss.

In this interactive session, she’ll unpack the hidden drivers behind burnout and share simple, powerful shifts to help you stay balanced, focused, and full of heart — without losing your spark.

And yes, there’ll be an epic vegetarian feast after the talk. Just saying.
