PLC-Jr., 2nd Increment (Company I) Family Day

Family Day is an event that allows friends and family members to learn more about OCS. It also gives your candidate the opportunity to show you around the local area.​The event will kickoff with the Commander’s Motivational Run. You will have the opportunity to cheer your candidate on during a 2-mile formation run. You will view the run from the bleachers on the OCS Parade Deck.​ It is recommended that you park no later than 10 minutes prior to the execution of the run for the safety of the runners and spectators. ​
Following the run, your candidate will change into civilian attire and be released for liberty (authorized absence). Guests typically come dressed causally and comfortably for the weather. For more information regarding base access, directions, and parking, ask your candidate to forward you the Graduation Guidebook during their upcoming weekend liberty period.
