This workshop has been designed to give you an opportunity to both experience and benefit from different styles of yoga. Including Vinyasa, Hatha, Kundalini, Yin, Restorative and Nidra.
Whether you are intrigued by yoga and would like to sample the different styles, or are a lover of yoga and would love to experience multi yoga styles together, this is an ideal workshop
for you.
The approximate schedule of the workshop will be as follows :
10am - 10:15am : Welcome and drinks served
10:15am - 10:30am: Yoga philosophy and origins intro talk.
10:30am - 11am : Breathwork and Mantra Chants
11am - 11:30am: Vinyasa and Hatha sequence to energise and strengthen.
11:30am - 11:45am : - Short Refresh break
11:45am - 12:30pm: Kundalini sequence to bring balance to chakras and relieve stagnant energy
12:30pm- 12:45pm Yin Sequence to slow down body and mind - sit with yourself
12:45 pm - 1pm : Restorative or Long savasana with Nidra Meditation.
1pm- Goodbyes.
