National Play Day at the Rope Walk

Ross-on-Wye Town Council will be hosting several free activities at the Ropewalk on Wednesday 6th August to celebrate National Play Day.
Giant games comprising jenga, chess, noughts and crosses, connect 4, croquet and buzz wire will be available to test your skills along with a giant deck chair to pose for a family photograph or have a rest after playing games.
Families can enjoy a traditional Punch and Judy show, face painting for the children or have a go at circus skills. An exciting day with lots of entertainment and itβs all FREE!
The event has been made possible from funding received from Department of Work and Pensions through Talk Community, Herefordshire Council and Ross-on-Wye Town Council.
All the activities are free to attend.
As well as the free activities, the Town Council will also be providing free packed lunches on the day for anyone who pre-registers via a booking form, which can be collected from the Town Council offices or email Y29tbXVuaXR5IHwgcm9zc3RjLWhlcmVmb3Jkc2hpcmUgISBnb3YgISB1aw==.
