Talk: Jenny Adin-Christie

Join us for a fascinating talk as specialist hand embroiderer Jenny Adin-Christie leads us through the journey of her now 25 year career, discussing her unique approach to stitch, which marries tradition with innovation.

This is a unique chance to see behind the scenes of her work on a hugely varied range of commissions, many of national significance, such as designing altar frontals for Canterbury Cathedral, playing a key role in the RSN team which produced the applied lace panels for HRH The Princess of Wales' famed royal wedding dress, restoring the Herald's tabards for the Coronation of HM King Charles III and creating a new four-poster bed for Beulieu.

After the talk, join us for tea and cake and enjoy chatting with fellow embroidery afficionados! Your ticket also includes House entry for the day, so you can explore the House before or after the talk at your leisure.
