Gorleston Menopause Mayhem July Meeting with Kelly and Darci (nutrition & make-up)

Wow what a treat we have in store this month - a health and beauty night. The wonderful Kelly will be talking about nutrition for weight loss and her marvellous daughter Darci will be holding a makeup demo and advising on makeup and skin changes for the mature lady. Kelly is also a professional dancer, and a fitness and Pilates instructor. So pop along we would love to see you.
