Join for a soul-nourishing wellbeing afternoon at the stunning Woodhill Park Estate on Saturday 20th September.
You are invited to be surrounded by serene gardens and the vibrant energy of blooming flowers, we’ll reconnect with nature and ourselves through mindful movement, nourishing snacks and sound.
Dayna will guide you through some beautiful calming practices from 2-4:30pm
Starting with the ancient practice of Qi Gong—gentle, flowing movements that calm the mind, release tension, and awaken inner vitality. Qi Gong deepens your connection to the earth, grounding you in peace and presence within the grounds at Woodhill Park.
Dayna will then lead you into a soothing gong and song sound bath, where the healing vibrations of the instruments and her voice will wash through the body. Calming the nervous system, clearing emotional blockages, and inviting deep rest. These ancient practices harmonise body, mind, and spirit, leaving you feeling balanced, energised, and centred.
We will end with a lovely tea and snack, with a chance to connect to the like minded souls that have gathered, with the option to stay until 5pm.
